Duties & Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, provide and conduct regular functional learning events for Operation Technicians in order to equip each individuals with required knowledge and skill in line with Competency Development & Assurance program in Offplot Areas (Field Technicians and Panel Operators) in accordance with agreed Health, Safety and Environment practices and procedures as outlined in the HRC Refinery Management System.
Working in partnership with others, ie Technologist, ENS, Engineering and Maintenance team to gather required information and understanding in order to improve and update the training data. The functional training does not limit to Operation focus.
Updating any new development in the refinery and conduct the training when necessary.
